Abu Dhabi Police Sign MoU with Ewaa shelters
Abu Dhabi/ Abu Dhabi Police GHQ has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ewaa shelters for victims of human trafficking to enhance cooperation and coordination on reporting human trafficking cases and providing care to the victims.

 

According to the MoU, medical examinations will be provided to victims and more projects will be launched in order to boost UAE reputation in combating human trafficking and providing shelter, care and rehabilitation services to the victims.

Brigadier Mohammad Suhail Al-Rashdi, Director of the Criminal Security Sector at Abu Dhabi Police, and Sarah Ibrahim Shuhail, Executive Director of Ewaa shelters, signed the MoU. The signing ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Imran Ahmed Al-Mazrouei, Director of the Criminal Investigation Department at Abu Dhabi Police, and Major Hamad Heyadh Al-Ketbi, Head of the Anti-Human Trafficking Section.
